Saturday Recipes - Butters!

Today I dream about trying out these wonderful home-made butter recipes.

There's nothing easier to prepare - especially when you're in a hurry in the morning - than a slice of toast. But a dry piece of toast is also the most boring thing so a delicious home-made butter could transform your quick, boring breakfast into a moment of indulgence.

Have a look at this week's recipes and get inspired - making your own butter or spread really is so easy and so worth it :)

Almond Butter

The sophisticated brother of good, old peanut butter :) The recipe is so easy it's funny - roast a tray of almonds then put in a food processor until smooth! Get the recipe here!
