Saturday recipes - Eggs!

Today I dream of cooking these delicious egg recipes. I love eggs and any recipes that do something out of the ordinary with eggs always catch my eye.

Ham and Egg Crepe Squares

I think it's such a good idea, easy to make and delicious. Just make sure that your crepes are big enough to fold them without the egg spilling out. For recipes like this, Framed Cooks is one my favourite food blogs.

Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict

I love eggs Benedict - poached eggs with Hollandaise sauce - what's not to like? I think that I like the combination of eggs and smoked salmon even more than eggs and bacon. All this goodness from Thebitessite is served on homemade shredded potato pancake. Yum!
