Sass & Bide Pre-Fall 2011 Collection

Today I dream of Sass & Bide's pre-fall collection.

Sass & Bide was founded by Sarah-Jane Clarke and Heidi Middleton and at it started out as a stall on London's Portobello Market in 1999 where the two designers were selling jeans.

The pre-Fall designs were inspired by a collection of ideas, places and feelings - say the designers. I really like the tribal feel of this collection, you can see the influences from Africa, South America and an Aztec style in the prints. The draping and layering used in these designs creates a relaxed and simplified look.

Sassy! :)

  1. Bardzo ciekawa kolekcja. Sukienki są ś i ta długośc, mam słabość do miniówek:)

  2. I saw this the other day and just fell in love - they have some S&B in a couple of the local stores and I had to stop myself from buying it! x

  3. The only thing that could stop me from buying it would be the prices :( And luckily there's no S&B stores in Britain...Well, at least I can enjoy looking at the pictures:)
