Colourful Bicycles

Today I dream of a colourful bike to enjoy the summer on.

Electra Bicycle Company is a California-based bicycle brand that offers a wide range of modern cruiser bicycles and is credited with re-popularising them.

Over the past few years Electra has worked with fashion design firm Petro Zillia to produce a colourful, high-end fashion bike. "The bike had to be easy to ride and put a smile on your face." Bänziger says and I agree!

Urban Outfitters has teamed up with Republic Bike to bring you a personalised experience in bike design. They offer more than 100,000 component and colour combinations. All the bikes are built to order - you select the colours and components to customise your bike.

Bobbin Bicycles was founded by Sian Emmison and Tom Morris. They met in Amsterdam whilst making a film about a bicycle chase through the city. The company was founded in 2007 and has since gained cult status for its unique range of vintage-style bikes and accessories.

And Dutch was created by a Dutchman in London who decided to introduce the classic Dutch bicycle design styles to the UK market.

Adeline Adeline - great name! - is a New York bicycle boutique that focuses on the beautifully designed city bikes and accessories made famous on the streets of Amsterdam and Copenhagen.

Johnny Loco's collection of cruisers ensures that there is a perfect bicycle for every occasion. The designs are beautiful to look at too!

From Cb2 you can get this Abuela 3-speed women's bike designed by the Republic Bike with beautiful yellow tires.

Let's ride!

  2. Thank you for a lovely comment :) I've seen your website, the bikes are so cool, such a pity I didn't find it before I added this post, would you mind if I add a little note about your bikes with some pictures from your website?
