When the temperature goes above 25c I tend to choose sorbets over ice cream. They are more refreshing and not packed with calories like ice cream. Something for the ultimate chocoholics :) At first I thought that chocolate sorbet is not a good idea as you need the cream to achieve the right richness and sorbet might just taste like a cocoa flavoured water.
