Vionnet is a French haute-couture brand founded by Madeleine Vionnet in 1912 which combines French tradition with modern looks. The key inspirations for the new collection was fluidity and organic movement.
All the pieces are really feminine, soft and subtle. Barbara and Lucia Croce, the designers behind the Spring 2013 collection, continue to evolve the house’s signature 'Intarsio' – the inlaying of one fabric into another.
What I love the most about this collection is the wonderful top quality fabrics, simple, feminine and flattering shapes, great colour combinations and those beautiful flower prints. Also, the shoes and bags really caught my attention - I love those envelope clutches and contrast leather shoes.
This is this kind of collection that involves perfect clothes for every occasion: work and going out. It's complete and integrated. What do you think?
