Lately all my food posts have been all about vegetables and healthy stuff, so today it's time to finally treat yourself :) I was thinking about writing a post about cookies in general but I have so many recipes that there's no way I could contain them all in one post. So I decided to split the giant cookie post into sections and today we're making thumbprints! Not only do they look so cute but they're so delicious - crunchy on the outside and moist in the middle, just perfect!
Lalo’s Famous Cookies
These cute little guys come from the Gwyneth Paltrow cookbook "My Father's Daughter". What I like about them is that they're healthy...sort of :) They are made of barley flour and almonds with no sugar which is great. Fill them with your favourite jam and they're ready! Get the recipe here!

Rose & Black Pepper Thumbprints
This is quite an unusual combination but I'm sure it's delicious. They come from Whimsy&Spice and instead of making them you can just buy them without moving from your couch :) But if you prefer to make them yourself you can easily recreate them in your kitchen! Get them here!

Lemon Sunshine Thumbprint Cookies
Not only are they filled with lemon curd which I adore but also they're dipped in lemon-flavoured icing! To me, it sounds like a perfect combination of sweet and sour :) Get the recipe here!

Classic Thumbprint Cookies
Traditional and classic, this recipe would make a great base for trying all these new ideas for fillings! These are filled with apricot and raspberry jam but you can fill them with anything you like: chocolate, mascarpone cheese, cream and many more :) Find the recipe here!

Peanut Butter and Nutella Thumbprint Cookies
Yes, yes, Nutella again :) This recipe is really cool because there is no flour needed and it's gluten-free! Made on peanut butter, vanilla and cinnamon base and filled with nutella, all I can say is LOVE IT! Get the recipe here!
