Saturday Recipes - French Toast!

Today I dream of a having delicious french toast for Sunday breakfast.

To me, it's a perfect breakfast - sweet and crispy. My favourites are: french toast with mascarpone and strawberries or the banana-chocolate one.

I hope you'll enjoy the recipes I found for you and try some of them out!

Strawberry-Mozzarella Stuffed French Toast

I've never tried mozzarella in a french toast but it sounds really interesting. I always thought that mascarpone is perfect for sweet dishes and mozzarella for savory ones. It looks beautiful and I'm sure it tastes the same. Sweet, creamy, fruity and crispy, yum! Get the recipe here!

Banana-Bread French Toast

I've never tried banana bread but now I have to! This recipe is pretty special because it's what a professional chef - Douglas Keane of Cyrus in Healdsburg - has for his breakfast. That's how you know it's good! Get the recipe here!

Chocolate and Pistachio French Toast with Warm Maple Syrup

That sounds like a mouthwatering combination! It's just perfect for long, lazy mornings and that filling is so luscious, yummy! Get the recipe here!

S’mores French Toast

If it tastes how it looks then I want it now! I think I would call it a dessert though because after a breakfast like that I don't think I would be going anywhere :) Get this brilliant recipe here!

Nutella Croissant French Toast

That's a perfect recipe for starting a day with! Especially if you have some stale croissants left and you don't want to waste them. It takes only few minutes to make it, I guarantee it's worth it! Find the recipe here!

Caramelized Mascarpone-Stuffed Brioche French Toast

It’s made with homemade brioche bread caramelized with the help of a little butter and brown sugar, stacked high and stuffed with creamy mascarpone cheese, drizzled with a homemade berry-maple sauce and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Thank you Kasey for this amazing recipe!
