Today I dream about all these delicious sorbets to help me cool off on these hot days :)
When the temperature goes above 25c I tend to choose sorbets over ice cream. They are more refreshing and not packed with calories like ice cream. My favourite is the classic lemon sorbet but today apart from the classics I want to show you some alternative and original flavours. Also, check out
this post for my selection of ice creams, enjoy!

Granadilla Sorbet
Granadilla - also known as passion fruit - is not that common in Europe but you can easily replace it with a puree which you can get in some supermarkets. It's really refreshing and so full of flavour - yum! Find the recipe

Chocolate Sorbet
Something for the ultimate chocoholics :) At first I thought that chocolate sorbet is not a good idea as you need the cream to achieve the right richness and sorbet might just taste like a cocoa flavoured water. That was until I saw the amount of chocolate it takes to make this sorbet ;) Get the recipe
